Frans Asido Tobing is the Managing Partner of FAT Advocates. He is focusing on wide range Litigation Practice group particularly in Commercial Litigation, Bankruptcy and Debt Restructuring (suspension of debt payment) proceeding, Real Estate and Mining Law.
He has been acted on behalf high-profile clients in various commercial litigation proceeding especially on Mining, Shipping & Maritime dispute and Bankruptcy / Debt Restructuring through commercial court.
Prior establishing FAT Advocates in 2015, he spent his 12 years of professional as a Corporate Lawyer in well-known Real Estate Company in Indonesia and also served as Head of Legal and Compliance Group Department in prominent coal mining and Shipping company.

Donald Pangaribuan graduated and obtained a law degree from one of the top universities at Bandung in 1993. He studied at the Indonesian Institute of Administrative Studies (STIAMI) in the field of taxation. Having experience of litigation practice such as Badan Penyelesaian Sengketa Konsumen, Fishery Court, Corruption, Monopoly, Bankruptcy and the other judicial case such as Civil, Criminal, State Administration, and so forth.
